Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Your reservation will be confirmed by email. By booking with Jenya Properties, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and, unless otherwise specified, the prices quoted include VAT.
Payment is by credit / debit card or bank transfer and must be clear of all bank charges, exchange rate variations and any other deductions. Payment in full must be received prior to check in. A deposit of 30% is due at time of booking. The balance is due 28 days before entry date.

For cancellations received up to 14 days prior to check in, no fee will be charged.
For cancellation sooner than 14 days prior to check in, 50% of the reservation fee will be charged.
No shows will incur the full reservation fee.
Check in / check out
Check in is between the hours of 16:00-18:00, however by prior arrangement, this can be amended. Check out is by 10am on day of departure. If a later check out is required, this may be arranged subject to availability and by prior arrangement only. Keys / key fobs / remotes must be returned by securely locking the property and placing these back through the letterbox. If there are any delays in vacating the property beyond the agreed time, a full day's rental will be charged. Any keys / fobs / remotes not returned at the end of the lease period will be charged to the guest, including the cost of lock changing.
Use of properties
No parties are permitted. Gatherings where neighbours may be affected, are also not permitted. Immoral or illegal activities are strictly forbidden.
Free Sky TV, broadband Wi-Fi and Welcome Pack are all included as standard. All properties are fully furnished to a high standard, and come fully equipped including bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery, kitchen appliances, washer / dryer facilities, iron & ironing board. Should a loss of connection to Sky TV or broadband internet occur, we will endeavour to have this corrected as quickly as possible, however we cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from this uncommon issue. Weekly maid service provided.
Damage to property
It is the responsibility of the guests to take all reasonable care of the serviced apartment and its contents and to ensure it is securely locked when vacant. The property and all equipment, furniture, utensils, etc. must be left in a clean and tidy state upon check out. No items may be removed from the property. Please report any damages immediately. It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure that no irresponsible behaviour results in damages or disruption to others. The cost of any repair or replacement must be agreed with, and paid to Jenya Properties. In the event that any damages are discovered or extra cleaning required, we will notify the guest in writing within 7 days of departure, providing details and invoice for the cost to rectify.
Termination by Jenya Properties
We have the right to terminate any booking on the grounds of abuse to staff and / or other guests, mistreatment of the property or illegal / immoral activity by guests.
Cancellation by Jenya Properties
In the unlikely event that it is necessary for your booking to be cancelled by us, Jenya Properties will endeavour to provide you with a suitable alternative. If this is not possible / acceptable, a full refund will be provided.
Injury or Loss
We cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects howsoever arising at the accommodation.
Pets are permitted in some of the apartments upon request. Please confirm at the time of booking.
The apartment hire cost does not include any personal insurance cover of any kind.
Children are welcome at all properties. Please be aware however, that some of the properties include staircases for which stairgates are not provided. Please take care accordingly. Cots and highchairs can be provided, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking.
Number of occupants
Only the number of occupants quoted on the booking may stay in the property. If this number needs to increase, please advise Jenya Properties accordingly.
Jenya Properties and our subcontractors have the right of access to the property at any time, for the purposes of essential repairs / maintenance and inspection.
Information supplied herein
Information supplied herein is provided in good faith and is based on information available at the time. All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, however we are not liable for any variations or omissions.
Smoking - All properties have a strict no smoking policy.
Minimum length stay
During busy events, conference and exhibitions in the area, certain dates may be subject to a minimum length stay.
This is provided free of charge at all properties however in some locations there may be limited availability and will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Parking is at the guests' own risk. Jenya Properties does not accept liability for any accidents, damage or loss incurred.
